Had a very large Oak tree that I didn't want to lose, but it had some very large branches come down, Hufnagel tree service came to look at the tree and said it could be saved but it needed trimming, Mike and his team did a wonderful job trimming, cutting branches and cleaning up, it's a great tree service company, I would definitely hire them over and over again. Thanks for making me feel safe in my house and yard by trimming the tree.

We had a large branch down during the recent storm. Not the first time. The Hufnagel tree service crew came out promptly and as usual, did a professional clean up. We have had Hufnagel Tree provide us with tree removal and trimming. The service is exemplary.

Found Mike thru a neighbor. Came out within a few days of initial call, said tree had to come down. Started the permit app within 2 days. Fit me in between weather issues and other clients. Showed up first thing with his crew and jumped right in. Professional crew, safety minded and worked hard all day. When done, left my yard looking better than before. Would hire them again!

Mike and his team were great to work with. Mike stayed during the whole job to make sure the workers didn’t trim too much. He promptly returned my phone calls, and the service was reasonably priced.

Professional, prompt and efficient

I enjoyed an excellent experience with Mike of Hufnagel Tree and I highly recommend him. After three failed attempts with other tree companies who did not follow through, Mike contacted me the morning after the night I had sent an email requesting a consult. Furthermore, he was able to meet and complete the consult/estimate that same day, and within 10 days, the job was complete. I must add that I was primarily concerned about maintaining the health of a severely overgrown cherry blossom that was creating a safety issue. Mike was very understanding and informative, and helped me create a plan for trimming that prioritized the tree's health, as well as guidance regarding all of the trees on my property. Mike Hufnagel is now my favorite arborist. Thank you so much!

Communication and customer service was great! Turn around time was extremely fast!. Called and requested a trimming of two trees and was given a quote the next day and then the job was completed the day after!!

Mike Hufnagel and his team provided an excellent tree trimming service at my Navesink home. The estimate was reasonable and the final price was exactly as estimated. The team arrived promptly and finished the work on time as well. The team did excellent work, particularly in a narrow space between houses, clean-up was complete and thorough.
