The owner quickly returned a phone call. He came right away for an estimate. The workers were very pleasant and professional. They moved what was in their way and put it back. They did very well with cleaning up the tree branches and etc . They also made sure I was pleased with the job before they left the premises. Overall they did a great job .

Pleased that Mike answered the phone and not a machine. He was in my area and met me within 15 minutes. Gave a quote I was comfortable with. I obtained permits for 3 large tree removals. They started that afternoon to beat the storm coming that night. He was back 8:30 the next morning. His four-man crew were done by 10:30 AM, including everything I requested and the amazing cleanup. Mike and his crew are amazing. Super responsive and very diligent at removing trees and cleaning up the remaining debri. Myself and family have used their services numerous times and are always happy with their services. Not to mention Mike came over to assess damage the same day a huge tree fell down in our front yard and had it cleaned up two days later. They are the only people we will call for tree services!

A tree fell on our house in the middle of a terrible rain storm on a Saturday in September & Mike was at our place within an hour with his crew. He stood in the rain for HOURS and his team efficiently removed the tree from our dwelling so that it would prevent any further damages. [Meanwhile, every other service in the area said No Thanks until monday.] Mike has been here every step of the way guiding us on other possible trees that could be a threat. Contacted Hufnagel tree service on 9/17/2024 to trim a willow tree that was hanging over my fence and close to the house. Was contacted that afternoon and setup a visit date for the next day. They came out looked at the job and gave an estimate for their service. Appointment was made for 9/25/24 for the afternoon, they were on time and done with trimming and cleaning up the yard by 3:30 that day. Would highly recommend this tree service to anyone that ask.

Mike and crew just left the property looking way better than before they arrived! Tree damage from the two most recent storms was removed in an efficient and safe manner and my "tree of concern" was pruned to render it safe-Mike responds to calls promptly and discusses services that need to be performed and options on how to complete them-I have always used Hufnagel tree service and will continue to do so in the future!
