★★★★★ The tree service was done impeccably well. We had very tall trees on a small lot with close neighbors but that wasn’t an issue whatsoever. Every branch that was trimmed came down in a highly controlled and professional manner. The owner and workers were so polite and friendly; everything I wanted done was addressed to my full satisfaction and they even did a few little extra things at no added charge, so the trees would be cohesive in height. They even took out a couple short little weed trees that popped up last spring that were choking my lilac bush. And the yard was impeccably raked and cleared of all debris, once the trimming was done. When they came out they explained how the tree had pressure points on the car and there would possibly be more damage done to the vehicle when they started to remove it, but they would try their best not to have that happen. Before starting to remove the tree from the car, I asked for a quote to have a tall tree removed from our back yard and the the price was right so I asked when they would be able to remove that tree and was told right after they took the tree off the car. (Who does that?..definitely did not expect that answer but was glad I wouldn’t have to take another day off of work for that). They did an amazing job removing the tree from the car and made sure that no other damage was caused to the vehicle. Thanks to the care of removal, no other damage was done and all we had was a cracked windshield that occurred when the tree initially fell. After completing that tree removal, they started immediately on removing the tree from our yard. I was super impressed at how fast and efficient they worked to remove both trees. All of this was completed within 2 1/2 hours with only 3 guys. The clean up was just as impressive…there was nothing left that would make you think a tree was removed. They even cleaned all of the debris from the car. I would never hesitate to call them if I ever need a tree removed again, and definitely recommend using them if you need tree removal.
